I’m happy to introduce one of the newest additions to my Mama Habiba collection: a practical, everyday backpack featuring a Palestine-inspired watermelon and keffiyeh design.
The watermelon has become a widely recognized symbol of Palestinian identity and solidarity, with its red, green, white, and black colors echoing those of the Palestinian flag. Combined with the traditional keffiyeh pattern, it’s a design that carries a message wherever you go.
I wanted this backpack to be something people could actually use every day, whether heading to school, university, work, or simply out and about.
And there’s plenty of room for the essentials!
🍉 A spacious main compartment
🍉 An inner sleeve that accommodates a 15-inch laptop
🍉 A convenient front pocket for smaller items
🍉 A hidden back pocket for valuables
The design brings together two familiar symbols of Palestine in a bag that’s both practical and meaningful.
For me, creating Palestine-inspired products is one small way of keeping Palestine visible in everyday life. A backpack, a t-shirt, a mug, or even a little pin can become a conversation starter and a reminder that the Palestinian people have not been forgotten.
Special introductory offer
To celebrate the launch, I’m offering the Palestine watermelon keffiyeh backpack at 40% off until November 6.
