Mama Habiba is my Etsy shop, and in many ways it was my first creative home online.

Long before I began publishing books, I was designing products that reflected the things that matter to me: faith, identity, family, cultural heritage, meaningful connections, and solidarity with people facing injustice.
Today, Mama Habiba brings all of those threads together in one place.
Gifts with Meaning
The shop includes a wide variety of gifts, clothing, accessories, homeware, and personalized items.
You will find Islamic and Hajj-themed gifts, mugs and home accessories, personalized pieces for family and special occasions, clothing and accessories, and many other designs created to feel a little more personal than something picked from an ordinary shop shelf.
Some are lighthearted. Some celebrate family, marriage, faith, or identity. Others carry a much more serious message.
What connects them is the idea that the things we buy and give can say something about what we value.
Palestine and Solidarity
A large part of Mama Habiba is devoted to solidarity, particularly with Palestine.
The shop now includes hundreds of solidarity designs across different kinds of products, giving people ways to express support through clothing, gifts, accessories, and items for the home.
For me, these designs are not simply a trend or a decorative theme. They come from a much deeper concern for justice and for keeping Palestine visible.
You will also find designs supporting Lebanon and other expressions of solidarity and cultural identity.
Something Personal
I especially enjoy creating items that can be personalized.
A name, a family connection, a wedding, a new home, an important journey, or a gift chosen specifically for one person can turn an everyday object into something meaningful.
Among the shop offerings you may find personalized candles, mugs, wedding and nikah gifts, Islamic calligraphy designs, family gifts, and pieces created for different occasions throughout the year.https://mamahabiba.etsy.com/listing/1626950685/palestine-heart-youth-hoodie-with
The collection continues to grow as new ideas come along.
From Designing to Writing
Mama Habiba is also part of the story behind my work as an author.
Designing gave me a way to communicate through images, words, and objects. Writing eventually became another way of doing the same thing, but with much more room to explore history, faith, reflection, and the questions that matter to us.
Today my books and Mama Habiba are different parts of the same creative life.
If you came to this website through one of my books, you may enjoy discovering the shop as well. And if you first found me through Mama Habiba, you can now explore my books and other writing here too.
